Elias is a chef with a deep passion for craft, storytelling, and genuine hospitality. Shaped by years in some of Sweden’s most acclaimed kitchens — including Fäviken in Åre and Ett Hem in Stockholm — he later ran his own restaurant in the heart of the city. His cooking blends Nordic precision with local ingredients: hand-picked herbs, fresh fish from the market, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and locally sourced meats.
He loves cooking over open fire and moving naturally among guests, creating warmth and connection through food. With an instinct for the overall experience, Elias brings energy, presence, and a sense of togetherness to every setting. His goal is always the same: to craft memorable, personal culinary moments — whether for intimate gatherings or larger events.
Julia Naima — An event producer and creative director with a sharp eye for beauty and a natural instinct for atmosphere. With a background in set design, spatial design, and event production, Julia plans and executes everything from intimate dinners to full-scale experiences — always with attention to detail and a love for creating spaces that feel effortless and inviting.
She has also worked as an interior designer for private clients and commercial projects, including offices and restaurants such as Blackmilk Gastrobar and Restaurang Parken in Stockholm. In addition, she ran an online interior shop where she curated vintage pieces for homes as well as TV and commercial productions.
